About the Race
The Vert120 is a 120 minute (since 2019) race with the winner being the person or team with the most vertical at the end of the 2 hours. Pairs and teams race as a relay. Racers use alpine touring equipment, telemark, or split boards to climb uphill and ski down. Skins are used for climbing and removed for the downhill.
